The 2016 LA Poker Open takes place November 4-20 at the Commerce Casino, featuring the final stop of the SoCal Poker Championship (SCPC) on a $ 3,000,000 guarantee. This is your last chance to take part in this historic event.
Two flights of the $ 350 SCPC Hold’em No-Limit tournament run twice daily during the day and 5:30 pm from Saturday, November 5 to Saturday, November 12. Players receive 12,500 tournament chips and play a level of 30 minutes; 10% of the field is in cash while 6% will advance to Day 2 and be paid $ 800.
For high rollers, there’s a $ 4,500 outright buy into Day 2 on Sunday, November 13. Players will start with 210,000 chips. Play continues on the ante 500, blinds 1,500-3,000 with a level of 40 minutes; 33% of the Day 2 field will be cash visit pencetpoker.
For players with a small bankroll, the $ 60 Mega Satellite for $ 350 seats will run every morning from 11am to 12 November. Players start with 5,000 chips and play 15 minute levels. Last chance to register is at the end of the first break at 1:15 p.m. Re-registration is permitted through registration closure.
The satellite will end when the number of players remaining is identical to the number of seats given. A $ 100,000 freeroll for the top 50 point earners from the four host casinos – Gardens Casino, Bicycle & Hotel Casino, Hustler Casino and Commerce Hotel & Casino – will be held on December 13 at 1pm on Bicycle.
The Championship Tournament will start on Wednesday, December 14th at 1pm with 6% of the pitch from each casino returning to the Bike casino. Level will be 60 minutes. The hours of action will be used once the field is down to 36 players. Players will have 40 seconds to act on their hand. The player will then receive three time extensions worth 60 seconds each.
The tournament will play for the last nine players to return on Thursday, December 15 at 2pm. The final table will stream to Twitch. First place guaranteed $ 500,000 plus a Mercedes Benz C Class car.
SCPC’s first flight at Commerce Casino on Saturday had 292 players while 202 players turned up for the second flight of the day.
